1. To establish project team and become the leader and decision-maker of the project group, to establish the division of responsibilities of the members of the project group, to guide and encourage the work of the members of the project group, and to create a positive team work atmosphere.

Responsible for formulating detailed project work plan, including project time schedule, quality goal, cost control, and according to the actual situation of the project, timely communication and coordination with the customers and the relevant departments in the company, according to the actual situation and progress requirements, update and adjust the work plan in time, and strive to satisfy the customer satisfaction.
